Another network question

When trying to install a service pack I am getting the following error
message:

The following serial number is not valid:
-
Please try again.

This is happening for ADT3.3, bldg 3 AutoCAD 2002 and AutoCAD Map 5. We are
using
network licensing and run the software from the server. The license server
is NT 4.0 and the application server is a Network Appliance F720 NAS.
Everything currently runs fine.

I cannot use the original installation machine because we have switched all
of our workstations from NT to 2000 ( fresh install ) so that is not an
option. I have checked the registry and it is listing the same serial
numbers that I used to do the network install. I have tried setting the
ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE variable to point to the LICPATH.LIC file on the
network.

Any other suggestions?
