Another Express tools problem

I have loaded building systems 2004 on a system with building systems 3 and ADT 3.
Running any express tool causes lockup. Task manager shows 100% CPU use.
Running on a Dell Workstation 340 which should have plenty of power. Windows 2000 Pro.
The tool I use almost exclusively is Layer Isolate. I am wondering why Un Isolate is not available. The first is almost useless with out the other.
I realize this is two different questions, but any help is appreciated.

Hi Richard -

You did install the express tools from the ABS 2004 CD correct, not just use
the old ones from ABS3?

You shouldn't need layerunisolate, use the layer previous button next to the
layer dropdown. Layerp will provide the functionality of layerunisolate plus
some additional functionality.
