2012 MEP Palettes Missing

Just had 2012 MEP installed with SP2 ... always a year or so behind :(.  ANyways, MY HVAC, Plumbing Palettes are no where to be found.  Just a blank "Learn more about customizing tool Palettes comment.  I tried changing between Electrical, HVAC, Single line workspaces ... to no avail.  Any and all suggestions on how to fix are welcome

Ho to transfer the CUI from another user?  Other person logged in and their palettes are there.
