i'm new to 3D drawing in autocad, i have several problems that need working out. i have a file that contains contour lines of a jobsite and i need to turn it into a surface.
before, i was messing around trying to snap to the existing lines and cut them apart to get the loft command to work properly, when something happened and whenever i try to snap to the lines to draw on them, the new line i draw is confined to a plane way out in the middle of space. idk how to get the line to snap to the different points in 3d space.
