Hi,

Please use Layer command in the layout to see VP Color and VP LT.  What I see from the screenshot you attached is Mechanical layer manager (AMLAYER).

Ribbon icons will invoke AMLayer command.

FYI: AutoCAD Mechanical assigns automatic layer color for viewports.
