VBA not working, ACADM 2011 flaky

I have 2 (maybe separate) problems with autocad:

I am using ACADM 2011 64 bit and I am unable to run a 32 bit VBA program written by a coworker.

I have tried updating vbaenabler, installing 32 bit vbaenabler (bad idea), and registering some more dlls.

Also, whenever I minimize autocad, it freezes when I try to restore any drawing.

This really sucks since I need the program and am not fluent in visual basic.

Both of my fellow engineers use ACADM 2011 32 bit and their machines run MUCH faster when opening or modifying any drawing, even though my machine is much more powerful.

Please help!
