Update Mechanical 2012

My company bought 2 licenses of Autocad Mechanical 2011 . After a few mounth we received free 2 updates to Autocad Mechanical 2012.

I want to know if we are required to remove Autocad Mechanical 2011 and install Autocad Mechanical 2012 or we can use further Autocad Mechanical 2011 or we can use in the same time , on the same computer , Autocad Mechanical 2011+Autocad Mechanical 2012 ? Thanks.
