undo not working

There is a workstation here where undo does not work! If you start a new drawing and draw a few lines, then undo, it does nothing. Any ideas? ACADM 2005 SP 1.2 Win 2000 Thanks Jim

Type UNDO, then C for Control, then A for All. This should work. Cheers, Bairdo. "Jim Shipley" wrote in message news:41d96e05$1_3@newsprd01... > There is a workstation here where undo does not work! Actually, it turns out to be a line in the S::STARTUP file: (command "audit" "y") This was somehow causing the UNDO to not work. Jim,

Could you elaborate on how you fixed this problem? I have a workstation doing the same on 2004DX.

Thanks,

Daveb

Dave, I just removed the line: (command "audit" "y") from the S::STARTUP routine, which I had put in there in the first place. Jim,

Our error must be something different, I haven't made any changes to the startup routine. (wouldn't even know where to begin!!) I have the same issue though, start new dwg works fine, then after a few commands it quits. I can reset via
the undo/control dialog, but it soon quits again. Guess I'll keep digging!!

Thanks

Dave
