Hi,
The company I work for have four template (.dwt) files for creating new drawings. An A0, A1, A2 & A3.
The A0 works perfectly, yet all the others whenever I place a 1:1 scaled viewport from model space give me the message "The created viewport(s) exceed the current paper size". Yet the scaled viewport is smaller than the 'plot size' for the selected layout tab.
For example the A1 - the model space viewport measures 485x801mm, the Layout Tab it is being placed upon's 'Plot size' measures 594 x 841mm.
All sheets are set up the same, with 20mm inset of the plot size. Why does A0 not give the message, yet all others do?
Thanks in advance if you can help or advise.
Nik
I would, but can't find a way to attach files using the forum gui.
If you post an email, i'll send them to you.
Hi Keshava,
I have emailed the Templates (A0 through A3) to your address.
This issue was also investigated under Autodesk case No 09912740 by Ebbe Bundesen under my companys Platinum Support agreement.
Might be worth checking status on this.
Thanks again for looking into this.
