Standard Parts do not Show Descriptions

Hi, I'm hoping for a fix, rather than a re-install.

We have one user that when selecting standard parts, from the content menu, fasteners, gives the Folders, but within the folders gives no descriptions (see attached). I've checked the path to the database, which matches everyone elses path, and have replaced the files in the folder with know good copies, but still the same result.

Anyone got any ideas, or come across the same problem?

We had he same thing happening on one or two machines. Do you by chance have a profile switch in the target of the Icon on the desktop? That is what the problem was here.

We had no problem with it once the switch was removed and the target was changed back to <<ACADMPP>>

Took forever to figure that out.
