Right click->properties on dimension does not open properties palette

I can't get the dimension properties to display when I right click a dimension and choose properties. The dimension just stays highlited and nothing happens.

I can get the quick properties to come up, but want to get full properties palette. Any suggestions to rectify this are greatly appreciated!

Just be more clear about your issue.

Have you tried command PROPERTIES when select dimension? What about properties for other entities?
