In der 2015 Mechanical version SP1 hat sich wohl ein kleiner Fehler eingeschlichen.

Wird auf das Befehlsicon Punktstil geklickt, startet Mechanical den Befehl "DDPTYPE"

dieser ist allerdings veraltet und verursacht eine Fehlermeldung.

Es wäre super wenn die Entwicklung den Befehl auf  PTYP  setzen würde.

Schade das das übersehen wurde ;(

thanks for making us aware of this.

I just passed this information to our development.

This behavior is only existing in localized version, for instance German.

Just in case, here is how to change that in CUI to get the correct behavior.

But I'm quite sure you already did it 😉

Issue:

An error message pops up when using Point Style command in localized version of Mechanical

.

Solution:

Replace the obsolete command in CUI.

- Start "CUI" to customized user interface
- replace "ddptype" with "ptype"

- Apply changes and leave dialog with OK
