Plotting with viewports

I'm trying to plot a companion file. For some reason, the companion part won't plot. Am I missing something simple here?

It appears that the problem is with the Companion file. Any idea why I can't print the part?

i assume you have set your plot device ( network? or local?) / plot setting (scale, paper size, etc)correctly. After click "ok" button, does printer print blank or no reaction at all? Any dialog message appear? Is it happen on ALL companion files or some particular one? Do you check the "Full Preview" before start plotting? I have done all that. The preview is where I first noticed that it wasn't going to print. One of you colleagues is looking into it.
