Plotting in Mechanical 2005

Am I missing something, or can you not plot multiple tabs in Mechanical 2005?

Use the publish command. You can plot multiple tabs & multiple drawings.

I finally figured out how to get the publish to work correctly, but why did it get som much more difficult to batch plot? I had to do a .pdf with some sheets, and it was a pain, because I had to go and change each sheet individually. Is there something that I'm not doing correctly? Or is it much more difficult than it was?

It is much more difficult than before. There seems to be much less control of where and how to plot batch files.
