Need help converting .dwg to .stp and .igs

Friend of mine has a small 3d drawing of some sort of mold that he needs in a different format which i do not have the proper program to convert. Would anybody be kind enough to convert this file i have attached to STEP or IGES or both, thanks in advance if you can help,
