Multiline Text Scale

Can the Annotation Multiline Text be set-up to adjust to the scale for a drawing when creating a template? M7 Text or M5 Text adjusts to the scale and always stay the same size in comparison to the title block. But every time I put in a new Multiline text window it ranges from microscopic to huge, depending on the drawing scale.

Yes! It was added in AutoCAD 2010. So any version after 2010 will have it. They call it Annotative Text

So make sure you are using an annotative text style when creating your text. Then at the bottom of your screen make sure Annotative visibility is turned on as well as "Automatically add scales to annotative objects when the annotation scale changes" This allows your text to have the same "Paper text height" in different scaled viewports 😃

If this post solved your issue please mark as solved and Kudos are always welcome 😃
