Move, does not move all selected items

A coleague of mine has started to encounter a problem in Mechanical 2014.

If he selects a component that he has drawn/created and selects 'Move' when he moves the component from one point to another, it seems to leave behind some of the vertacies in the origional position, which causes some very weird 'connect the dots' style lines!

It's not, as I first thought, just a Graphical glitch!. It really does just leave some of the vertacies behind and connect them as bes it can to the new position!

The only thing I can see that he has diferent to me, is he has 'Infer Constraints' switched on, and the cursor does show a blue 'constraint' style icon floating next to a vertacy if he hovers his cursor over it!

Thanks for any suggestions!

First, turn off the constraints. Second, make sure the toggle for top down is selected and not bottom up. This will ensure your components are "seen" as a whole object and not a variety of entities forming an object.
