missing mtext dialog box

i think i need the "riched.dll" file 

and where to put it 

i can not edit any text

no it just goes to ...no comand 

if i double click on a text it does nothing 

my computer shut down with the blue screen of death

and after i started it back up it was doing this

i google itt yesterday and someone talked about that "riched.dll" file

Is your PICKFIRST setting set to 1? DTEXTED set to 2?
