Leader appear in both scale

Hi,

 

I'm a newbie in using Autocad Mechanical 2013.. i have a problem regarding leader shown in different scale. Refer attachment.

 

All other annotation followed except the leader where it appear in both scale (by example in the attachment)

 

Please help me.
