Issue with leaders in ACM 2015

I've been having an issue with the mechanical "AMNOTE" functionality (the leaders) since I've started using 2015:

 

When I save the file and close it (as acm 2015 dwg etc)

 

Upon reopening: the leaders are all anonimous blocks (*S10 etc).

 

This is incredibly annoying since it basically means you have to redo anything you would only want to adjust.... and we use them a lot.

 

Do I have a wrong file setting or is this really a bug?
