Installation problem.

Hi, tried to install AutoCAD Mechanical 2005 on my compact r3230 laptop and it fails. I just reformated, I was able to install the previous, and I do not recall having any problem. The error message I get is the following : 1: 5 2: Failed to create NGEN process. 3: 2 I have Inventor installed on the machine, it did install without any problem. Any clues? Thanks
