How to Flip 3d objects?

i recently purchased AutoCAD 2004 and i am in the process of learning how to use it. One thing i can not figure out is how to Flip a 3D object. it is on the x plane, but i would like it on the y plane.

What command are you using to "flip"? Do you mean rotate from the XZ plane to the XY plane using the X axis as the axis or rotation? If that is the case, you will have to go into the 3D Tools tab and use the pull-down and change it to the appropriate axis of rotation.
