how can do this groove ?

Hi all , could anyone help me to draw this groove by autocad mechanical ?

I already had to do something like this and this is how I made the profile you need for the groove:

I extended the profile +1/64" in height. (Looks like a gasket seat which is not rectangular but has one wall at an angle.) See attached for further detail and explanation.

Draw a rectangle on the face of the block which will be the outer limits and on the straight wall of groove.

Place profile on corner of rectangle leaving 1/64" above block then extrude along path using the rectangle as the path.

Subtract your extrusion from block.

I need the groove in middle of the top face ? so how can i do that ?

Determine dimensions of groove. Draw rectangle which is centerline of groove on all four sides. Use MOVE then M2P. Using opposite corners of groove rectangle to snap at to find its center. Then do the same thing to place it using the opposite corners on the blocks surface. Offset the rectangle half the grooves width towards the block's edge. This will be the outer edge of the groove.
