FDS 2013 Premium Assets browser

Hi,

Can someone assist me with my problem? I'm using FDS 2013 premium. One reason I was excited about the product was the cloud-based assets available for download directly from the FDS UI. Unfortunately, I am not able to access these assets. Inventor just tells me that "Cloud assets are not available; you can use previously downloaded assests."

I tried hitting the refresh buttom several times but i get the same result. 

I'm wondering what might be causing this problem? Is it my connection or there is really something on Autodesk's cloud servers where these assets are located?

I guess that Jeff has talked with you about the issue.

Perhaps you will be geting quick response about FDS issues if you post FDS questions directly to Factory forum.
