FATAL ERROR

Hi All,

i need your help...
when i changes the visual styles or use "acadiso3D.dwt" it came out the Error.

try to refer the PDF file.it got print screen wht the FATAL ERROR.

I also will attach the sample for you.

please help...thanks...

Sorry, I cannot simply reproduce this issue.

Did you send CER reports after the crash? Also, if possible, can you send the sample file where you ran into this problem to zhiyuan.su@autodesk.com?

Same Error here, with same  things:

Trying to create new drawing through acadiso3d.dwt or acad3d.dwt - Fatal ERROR

Trying to change visual style - Fatal ERROR...

AutoCAD 2016

Was sending reports after that (unfortunately, did not entered email - so I dont remember IDs of reports) - fisrt one said, that you should install SP1. Done, but no effect. Same errors.

Was resetting AutoCAD settings to defaults. Not helped.

Any Ideas where can be the problem?
