FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at 7c812aebh

Hi, all

My client is using AutoCAD Mechanical 2010. He is facing this
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at 7c812aebh.
Is there any solution to solve this issue? Even he tried to clean uninstall and reinstall.
Of course i know that format PC is not only the solution...
