Fatal Error: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at 7600fbaeh

Running AutoCad Mechanical 2010, installed back in spring, have not had any issuses until yesterday. Product crashes at startup. I have tried opening three different times and a different exception at comes up. 7723fbaeh,

75f3fbaeh. Any thoughts.

looks like a .Net framework issue. Uninstall your latest .NET updates.

The problem with the suggestion to remove .NET Framework is that it comes BUILT IN with Windows 7. I am getting this on two Windows 7 workstatsions. All other apps work fine, even those dependent on  .NET technology. If anyone out there can provide assistance, please do!
