When making a new drawing, a messager appears on screen:

Fatal error: unhandled access violation reading  0x000c exception at 563c7bc4h

Product: Autocad Mechanical

Version: 2011

OS: Win 32 bits.

Can anyone help me with this error message? Any other information required to dig in to this user's problem?

Hi,

First, make sure the hardware meets the requirements of the product, like graphic card, etc. The following link may give some information on the recommended hardware information.

Also, I would suggest to do a complete uninstall and then reinstall to see whether the issue goes away?
