Fatal error AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop 2006

Hello! 

Please can someone help me with this fatal error, it's happening when I try to start AutoCAD Mechanical and AutoCAD 2006. The message is:

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at 7c812fd3h"

I've searched all day and didn't find another case with the same error... 

I've tried reinstall .NET but nothing changes, tried repair the software but doesn't work too. . 

This AUTOCAD it's within Inventor Series 10 and is installed on WinXP. 

Anyone have a hint to how solve this?
