Editing Text in Properties Palette

I normally edit my Text in the Properties box...but in the last week something went wrong and now when I select any type of text on my drawing and then go to properties all I have to see is GENERAL, PLOT STYLE, VIEW, AND MISC. please let me know how I can get all my other options back, so I can edit my Height, and Width, and other parts of my text.

Oh I am using AutoCAD 2005, on Windows 2000 in case you needed to know that also..

But I cannot edit any text but once, then I get an error message "CANNOT FIND SHELL PROGRAM"
