crooked crosshairs

I don't know why, but on this one sheet layout I have the lines will be drawn crooked, the crosshairs are crooked, the border and everything in it has

a small slope to it?  The verticals and horizontals are all crooked!  I thought that it might be something with the UCS, but trying to rotate it didn't work, the crosshairs and everything are still crooked?  Please help me fix this....

Do you have a 3d-mouse that you forgot to disable in AutoCAD?

Click TOP on your view-cube

Check your SNAPANG, is it set to 0?
