communication of autocad with excel vba

I found this code to open Autocad from excel vba on the internet:

 

Set acadApp = New AcadApplication

 

However, the code seems unable to create this object in my login.The task manager shows that acad.exe has been started, but it is receiving ~80 MB instead of the standard ~120 MB

 

It is opening in some other machines & login ids

 

Can anyone please help?
