Cannot pan around in model space using scroll bottom on mouse

Hey Guys,

For reference I am currently running AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 + Inventor 2012.

For reference I have run anything from 2010 to 2014 versions without coming across this issue.

I have come across this issue upon starting a new job.

In the past I have always used the scroll click function on the mouse to move around/pan in model space in AutoCAD and Inventor.

But for some reason the software at this new job does not allow me to do so? I have been forced to manipulate models in inventor using th F2 + F4 keys and have yet to find an easy way to pan in this version on AutoCAD.

So basically I am wondering if there is a setting or variable I have to change to be able to pan in AutoCAD w/ the scroll button and manipulate models in inventor using scroll button + shift?
