Automatic View Creation Default

We have experienced a change in how scale area handles the "automatic view creation":

- before the layout there by default was the first one

- now it lists the last layout by default

Our last tab is a history log (not actually a drawing) and our cad people are complaining about the extra handling this creates.

Changing the order of tabs does not change the order in (layoutlist) and as such does not affect this functionality.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this "new feature" of ACM 2015?

Would it be possible to elaborate upon the "Automatic View Creation" process?  Are you using the VIEWBASE command?  

In addition, would it be possible to post a sample file for further review?
