Autodesk Exchange AutoCAD Server Connection Unavailable

Autodesk Exchange AutoCAD Server Connection Unavailable we are seeing this error on a few of our 13 workstations. After giving this issue some thought http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Inventor/Inventor-2012-loading-SLOW-when-attached-to-network/... . I decided to take the same approach; Under Internet Options on the Advanced Tab I Reset the Internet Explorer Settings and Restored the Advanced Settings, closed and restarted IE9. The help now loads up with no errors.

What are the Autodesk products getting hung up on in IE9?

Hi,

We officially support only IE 8 for 2012 products. However IE 9 might work well. Since its not tested officially, there might be some stability issues while using it. IE 9 was released after the launch of 2012 products.

Hope it helps.
