AutoCAD Mechanical 2015 Import Migration does not work

I tried running this app but nothing happens.I read past issues with other versions not working and I followed the steps as far as "reset settings to default and re import again" but I still have the same issue. I have many users to update and it would same me many hours to be able to use these feature.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
