AutoCAD Mechanical 2015 IGESOUT Options

I recently installed AutoCAD 2015 Mechanical on a new machine. When I use the IGESOUT command the proper translation window pops up as shown in picture #1. The dialog box does not show the options button where I can manipulate what layers are exported via IGES. I have attached a second picture from AutoCAD Mechanical 2014 showing the options button in the IGES translation window that I have previously used with success. The current CMDDIA value is 1. So in essence how would I be able to enable or recover the options button in the IGES translation window in AutoCAD Mechanical 2015?

Is the options button no longer available with IGESOUT in 2015?

Hmm.... I'm worried that AutoDesk took out the feature in 2015 with the lack of responses.
