Autocad Mechanical 2013 compatible with naunce pdf professional

I am using Autocad Mechanical 2013, when i use Naunce PDF professional (scansoft)  to convert dwg file to PDF all images like logo etc its not readable..its blurr but drwaings with text is readable; but when i use Adobe to convert PDF its perfectly all right. What's the issue with scansoft?
