I did the following:
- Repair installtion => without any change
- Dinstalltion and reinstallation => without any change

- Reapir of VC++ 2005 / 2008 / 2010 SP1 vcredist_x86; vcredist_x64)
- Delete files and folders:
    C:\Benutzer\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
    C:\Benutzer\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk
    C:\ProgramData\Autodesk
Delete the registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R18.0]

I think the problem is in one of these files:
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.4940_none_08e4299fa83d7e3c

Thank you for you help

Georg

From System requirement, you could see ACM2010 is officially supported to be installed on Win7 64bit OS.

AutoCAD Mechanical 2010 System Requirements

64-bit Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition SP2 and later, or Microsoft Windows Vista (SP1 or later), including Enterprise, Business, Ultimate, and Home Premium editions

So the issue on this OS is not supported.

Autocad was running for month on Windows 7 x64 without any problems. I have several other computers with the same configuration. They are running very well.

How could I solve this problem?

Officially, AutoCAD 2010 is not supported on Win 7 64bit OS, as it is not confirmed by Autodesk.

But for this issue, have you tried below Solutions?

For standalone license, please try  TS15176093

For network license, please try TS14908069

jingy,

Your information is not correct.  Though 2010 came out before Windows 7, Autodesk retroactively supported it for many of the 2010 product line, including AutoCAD 2010.

Georg,

Consider doing a System Restore back to a date when you knew it was working.  It seems to be failing on your Visual C++ Redistributable prerequisite.  If repairing and reinstalling didn't fix it, consider rolling back to a date when it did work.  Perhaps you will get lucky.
