3D Tools Tab

Can anyone help me acces the 3D Tools Tab for AutoCAD Mechanical 2015?

I have gone thru the basic comands of right clicking on the open space to the right of the minimize pannel buttons, the clicked on show tabs, but there is no 3D Tools tab to check (all the tabs ate checked and once again 3D tools isn't even listed)
