3D help

Could somebody help me.

Since yesterday all what I try to drawing in 3D is not working,
all the lines are drawing in x,y plane , it is not responding if I take the endpoint or center, etc.
from a piece whit different z coordinates the program takes only the x,y coordinates,
I cant move pieces to a differnt z coordinate only in the plane x,y.

Try going into ampowersnap, and there is a option that says something about Ignore Z...
