Hi Allen,
Usually the cause of this message is from a bad install or a registry tool that changed the AcadM configurations (Fix-It, Norton Systemworks, etc).
This message is that ACAD can not connect to the Communications Center. Performing a repair install should fix the registry issues. Else you may have to go through a complete uninstall and reinstall.
Please follow steps to uninstall and reinstall using the below technical solution.
