Jeff,
It looks like some operation in the drawing is attempting to save Xdata
(extended entity data) to the objects and its size exceeeds the limit of 16 K.
I can suggest one solution - but try it first on a backup copy of your drawing.
Using our GeoTools program (see link below for download), you can run the REM_XD
command and try and remove all or selected extended entity data information,
save the drawing and see if it makes a difference. If everything else works
fine, you can use this drawing else we may have to examine your file in detail
to see what is offending it?
Are you using any thiry party programs that may be adding Xdata to your objects?
