There could be one or more things going on here.
You could have the Ribbon turned off.
Your ribbon might be missing the Home tab
The Home tab itself may be turned off
The entire menu that contains the Home tab may be unloaded.
You may be in a workspace that does not include the Home tab.
In the meantime, select the entity (one or more) that you want to "Bring to Front" and then right click, choose "Display Order > Bring to Front"
If that is missing also, then can always type in the command "Draworder" and follow the prompts.
Hello
If your Home Tab is lost you could use keyboard commands :
Select what you want , DRAWORDER , F for Front or B for Back ...
Which version of ACAD MAP are you using exactly ?

Thanks. I have that but with completley different options.
This is quite new to me so even though I have been using AutoCAD for Mac this is overwhelming and I need to find everything!
I do need this stuff now as I have more instructions to do things that require the home tab.
I looked around a bit and in the customisation window I found the things that should be in my ribbon but I cannot see how to make them visible. Anyone know?
Nope. Crazy? I really can't reinstall or anything like that as I am trying to get this work done but maybe tomorrow I shall call the AutoCAD people.

It looks like you just need to add it to your workspace.
In the CUI, under ACAD, Expand Workspaces.
Find the current workspace, then look on the right side and click "Customize Workspace"
Now go back to the left side again and drill your way back to the Home tab, like you have shown in your screenshot.
While in Workspace Edit more, the elements here will have checkboxes
Check on the Home tab and any others you want.
When you are done, click the "Done" button on the right side.
Click OK in the CUI dialog.
Any better?
Thank you! I just couldn't see that.
Instead of check boxes the left side has spanner icons that disappear when clicked and for some reason that adds the item to the box on the right with the current work space being edited.
So to add to my problem; now I need the Map Setup tab and it is not available in the CUI to add to my workspace. *sigh* In addition, the help files never give the command altenative so it can be difficult to keep looking up commands for things I need.
So anyone know where to find Map Setup?
it is in the cui in the map planninganalysis.cuix
you have to be using certain workspaces to get some tabs to show.
are you using the planning & analysis workspace?

That is the point and you can spend a lifetime getting the ribbon to your satisfaction and the AD will change the whole ribbon appearance again in thenext version.
IMHO the far easier way is stil use the command line.
setup tab has att..., ade........, map .........., maptopo...... which when typed will provide access to the commands on the panel most commonly used to get work done.
