What is Textmask for Map 6 ?

What is Textmask for Map 6 ?
I've tried to load the lisp file from R14 but it has errors "Command: textmask
; error: no function definition: INIT_BONUS_ERROR"

I've read the Help and came across Expresstools ?? where do I find Express tools on the web that will have a function similar to Textmask??

Express tools were at one time a free set
of routines that you could download and install. Since LDD3, express
tools are no longer freeware. Textmask was/is a routine that works like the
WIPEOUT Lisp routine. Since you don't have express tools, you may not be able to
use it. Perhaps someone more knowlegeable can provide more
insight.
