what is BEST to use in making.....

hi there.

i want to ask if what is BEST to use in making a interactive 3d map of a building and will be paired for Unity?

3d max design or 3d max???? 

am new on this software so i dont know ..hope someone helps that has background in making building in 3d..

Well, seems like you googled "3D MAP" and you arrived here, in the official "MAP 3D" forum...

We talk about geographic maps, not "building" maps or plans, sir.

Anyway, unless you are an architect (for which the best answer would be "Revit"), I advise you to check this out.

why don't you post your question in the 3d max forum? What has AutoCAD Map and this forum to do with your question?
