viewing project workspace and properties popup window

I have been using two monitors on my system and always had the project workspace and properties popup window displayed on monitor 2.
My computer crashed and I ended up getting a new hard drive but now my 2nd monitor graphics card is not working so I am stuck with 1 monitor for now.
Everytime I try to display the project workspace or bring up the properties dialog box, nothing happens. It acknowledges it in the command window and says it is turned on and displayed, but I can't find it anywhere.
If anyone could help with this wierd problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Randy

Hi Randy,

Could you try going to C:\Program Files\Autodesk
Map 5, and open the acadmap.ini file in Notepad? Check to see if the following
settings are in place:

size=2>ShowWSpaceOnStartup=Yes
WSpaceDockingView=Yes
WSpaceWindowRect=0,0,0,0
