UTM to local coordinates

How to convert list of coordinates given in UTM format to
local coordinate system

If by local you mean something such as state plane and the coordinates are
in a text file, you might want to try CorpsCon from the US Army Corp of
Engineers. It is free and can easily be found with Google.

Try http://www.gpsu.co.uk/ (gps utility) I use it all the time and it is also free..

If you want to draw lwplines in a drawing that uses one coordinate system using coordinates from another coordinate system you could use a routine line the one attached. There are two files in the zip. One is the lsp and the other the dcl for it. Where I am, I have to use the ntv2 conversion db to get accurate results however in the states I think the built-in converter in acadmap is sufficient. Adapt it to your needs.
