Unknown commands - Map 2009

We have 3 standalone workstations in our office and I have noticed that several of the commands associated with the Draw toolbar, (MTEXT, REVCLOUD, RECTANGLE) produce an unknown command when clicked.

We recently reinstalled on one of the workstations and was able to verify that these same commands worked as expected. After closing the application and restarting, the commands are now unknown once again.

Any ideas as to what might cause this kind of behavoir?

If you look at the text window when you start up Map3D (F2 key) you may be
where the standard AutoCAD CUI is not loading. If so there's a problem with
the users windows profiles, a corrupt cui in the doc/settings folder or some
other issue that's is keeping it from loading. Any 3rd party add-ons or was
the cui customized at one time?
