Unhandled Exeption C0000005 [Access Violation Rreading 0x0000] at address 23C

When Installing Map5 onto NT4 (sp6) Ie5.5 machines the program installs fine but when run comes up with the message

Unhandled Exeption C0000005 [Access Violation Rreading 0x0000] at address 23CCD99h

and drops out of the program.
the machiens are running 2 versions of cad
R14 and cad 2002 which run with no problems.

has anybody experianced similar problems and come accross and solutions
